This position requires deep expertise in SAPtechnologies, proficiency in guiding architectural decisions, and a strong focus on leveraging emerging SAP BTP innovations like SAP Joule, Generative AI, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of all SAP modules, have experience managing steady-state operations for at least two years post-go-live, and demonstrate a solid understanding of business processes.Reporting To: Chief Technology OfficerYour Key Responsibilities:SAP Strategy, Solution Design and Architecture:o Define and drive the strategic roadmap for SAP solutions to meet current and futurebusiness needs.o Develop and deliver end-to-end SAP technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.o Design robust, scalable, and high-performance SAP architectures.SAP Technical Leadership:o Lead SAP technology initiatives, focusing on SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP CloudPlatform, and SAP Integration Suite.o Drive architectural discussions, influence technical decisions, and explore innovativeSAP BTP technologies like SAP Joule and Generative AI.Integration Strategy:o Architect and implement seamless integration strategies between SAP systems and otherenterprise applications.o Ensure consistent data flow and process integration across diverse platforms.Governance and Compliance:o Establish governance frameworks to ensure SAP solutions adhere to organizational andregulatory compliance standards.o Define and enforce best practices for solution design, development, and deployment.Innovation and Improvement:o Stay abreast of emerging SAP technologies and industry trends.o Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance SAP solutions to improve businessprocesses and performance.Documentation and Standards:o Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including system diagrams,design specifications, and best practice guidelines.o Ensure adherence to organizational architectural standards and protocols.Stakeholder Collaboration:o Partner with business stakeholders, solution experts, and external vendors to align technicalsolutions with business objectives.o Provide strategic and technical insights during stakeholder engagements.Training and Mentorship:o Mentor and train internal teams on SAP technologies and industry best practices.o Build team capabilities by sharing expertise and fostering professional growth.Experience & Education Required:? Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP technology, including SAP S/4HANA, SAPFiori, and related SAP modules.? Experience in SAP implementation and solution design/architecture. Solid understanding of SAPmodules and strong expertise in SAP architecture, integration, and customization.? Proven track record of designing and implementing complex SAP solutions.? Proficiency in SAP development tools, programming (e.g., ABAP), and system administration.? Familiarity with SAP BTP technologies, including SAP Joule, Generative AI, and analyticsplatforms.? Proficiency in integration frameworks (e.g., middleware, APIs, and data connectors).? Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.? Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) is a plus.Key Skills and Attributes:?
