Diploma or Graduate Mechanical Engineers. 5 to 8 yrs work experience in similar industry. Should be able to lead a team of 20-30 shop floor members.

Diploma in Mechanical/Civil or B.Sc. with miii. 4 yrs. in Structural Steel Fabrication. Must be familiar with the various basic welding codes and symbols. (AWS, ASME) .
