Job Profile : The candidate shall have experience, inter-alia, in following matters : Interaction / dealing with banks / financial institutions with regard to raising of working capital / term loan facilities / NCDs and placement of commercial paper. Negotiation with banks / financial institutions with regard to terms and conditions of working capital /term loan facilities / NCD5. Day to day management of cash flow. Vetting of sanction letters / loan agreements of banks. Managing treasury related activities of corporate office including hedging of foreign currency transactions. Submission of various returns and documents to banks such as renewal of facilities and compliance related activities on monthly / quarterly / half yearly basis. Assistance in preparation of presentations for board meetings and other related matters for quarterly and annual preparation of financial results. Interaction with credit rating agency for rating of the facilities. Fair knowledge of accounting in oracle system and generation of reports. Fair knowledge of GST. The candidates must possess interpersonal, leadership, communication skills and computer literacy is a must.
