We are hiring Technical Recruiter to support our Fortune 500 clients in the US market who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates for further submissions to their team leads for various open roles for their clients they are supporting across various skills. This role involves building a strong pipeline of candidates after understanding the job requirements, analyzing the fitment of prospective candidates in terms of their areas of interest, experience, visa eligibility, location etcPreferred Qualifications :Must be local to Noida and willing to work 5 days onsiteMust have 1-3 years of experience in US RecruitmentShould have good understanding of full recruitment lifecycle which includes sourcing, screening, job posting, negotiation etc.Good experience in working with direct client requirement primarily on W2 basis, if they have worked on C2C as well that will be an additional advantage.Well versed with tax terms• Hardcore IT recruiter. • Should have worked on W2 model. • Very strong in Boolean Searches. Technical - IT recruiters only.Should have a good understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle which includes sourcing, screening, job posting, negotiation, etc.Good experience in working with direct client requirements primarily on a W2 basis, and C2C requirements.Well-versed with tax terms.
