Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top technical talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage the recruitment process, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Conduct screening, technical interviews, and assessments.
- Manage offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Promote people branding through social media and events.
- Track hiring metrics and optimize recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Knowledge of IT, electronics, embedded systems, and telecom.
