Our ideal candidate loves to create solutions and opportunities, is both analytical and decisive, and enjoys working both independently and cooperatively.  What you will do: Analyze ecommerce sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts, flash sales, and other promotional offers Evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and promotional campaigns on the marketplace. Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure promotional activities align with broader marketing initiatives. Collaborate with pricing teams to optimize product pricing for competitiveness and profitability. Provide insights to inform competitive positioning and differentiation strategies. Monitor and analyze product performance, inventory levels, and pricing strategies. Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve account performance. Prepare regular reports for executive team, highlighting key metrics and performance insights. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support. Maintain and update the promotion master sheet with accurate and relevant information. Conduct live checks for random SKU promotions to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Evaluate promotion effectiveness and analyze results for continuous improvement. Update the master file through Promotion Performance Management (PPM) analysis.   Qualifications: BS/BA or University Degree in Business or similar field, MBA a plus Proven experience in ecommerce, account management, or promotional analysis. Familiarity with ecommerce marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, Target) Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and promotional tools. Minimum of 2+ years' experience working in a similar role within E-commerce Account Management (furniture industry a plus)  Deep experience in analysing data and developing strategies to grow sales aggressively Advanced Excel knowledge and PowerPoint presentation skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Superior attention to detail, time management and follow through  Simpli?Home is fast paced entrepreneurial company, committed to excellence and innovation.
