Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Consultant to support and enhance our human resource practices during a growth phase. The consultant will work closely with the internal HR and leadership teams on a 3-month retainership, which may be extended based on performance and business needs.The ideal candidate should bring strategic HR thinking, operational know-how, and hands-on support in critical HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy formulation, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Review and optimize existing HR policies, systems, and procedures.Support recruitment strategy and talent acquisition for critical roles.Assist in performance management system design and implementation.Guide the implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies.Support training and development planning and execution.Advise on compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.Provide expert input on organizational structure and workforce planning.Conduct HR audits and suggest improvements wherever necessary.Act as a strategic advisor to the HR team and management.Desired Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in HR, with exposure to consulting roles.Proven experience in talent acquisition, policy development, compliance, and employee relations.Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and HR teams.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strategic thinking skills.Experience with HR software/tools will be an added advantage.Engagement Terms:Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance)Engagement Type: Retainership / Part-time ConsultantStart Date: Immediate / As per availabilityCompensation: Based on experience and scope of engagementRenewable Energy Semiconductor Manufacturing

What You'll Do:

Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the IT Services and Software / SaaS industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
