4. Collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure design accuracy and production feasibility.

5. Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create detailed tech packs, flat sketches, and digital illustrations for sample development.

6. Leading multiple design projects simultaneously securing timely delivery.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

1. 3+ years of experience in designing women’s wear, with a specific focus on knits and woven fabrics.

2. Proven experience working with private label women’s wear brands in the domestic & international market.

3. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with other design software is a plus.

4. Strong understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and technical specifications and initial cost.
