And driving life-altering collisions & epiphanies through our experiences & communities.We’re a bootstrapped, profitable company backed by a team that has over 100+ years of cumulative experience in running, creating & producing experiential events across the world—from Iceland to Japan and everything in between.What You’ll DoTL;DR: Own and optimize our growth engine—plan, experiment, analyze, and iterate on strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, ultimately boosting revenue for Experience Co.The Longer VersionAs our Growth Marketer, you’ll be responsible for designing data-driven marketing strategies that attract new customers, nurture existing ones, and maximize revenue across all our travel and experiential offerings. You’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy—building funnels, executing performance campaigns, running growth experiments, and leveraging analytics to ensure our marketing dollars are put to the best possible use.Given our diverse travel portfolio and vibrant community—featuring everyone from Netflix directors to Emmy award-winning artists—you’ll have the opportunity to innovate in a unique, creative environment. You’ll experiment with novel digital marketing approaches, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop robust acquisition tactics that help us scale while delivering meaningful, life-changing experiences to our community.Key Responsibilities1. Growth Strategy & Experimentation • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies for B2C markets, focusing on top-of-funnel awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. • Ideate, design, and run A/B tests and growth experiments across various digital channels (e.g., search, social media, email, influencers, partnerships) to optimize conversion rates and drive revenue. • Leverage marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) to track key metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions on campaign strategy.2. Sales Funnel Optimization • Build, optimize, and manage robust sales funnels—from lead generation and nurturing to conversion and post-purchase engagement. • Use funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, etc.) to forecast growth, allocate budgets, and maximize ROI. • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless user experience throughout the funnel.3. Performance Marketing & Campaign Management • Strategize and manage multi-channel performance campaigns (paid search, social, display, content marketing, affiliate, etc.) that align with brand goals and revenue targets. • Set, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, CPA, CTR, and ROAS, adjusting tactics as needed to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.4. Data Analytics & Reporting • Establish tracking, measurement, and reporting processes to evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives. • Generate insights and actionable recommendations through analytics dashboards and regular reporting to leadership. • Monitor overall growth KPIs (revenue, new users, retention, etc.) and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.5.
