Essential Minimum requirement:-
i) Masters Degree in Science/Humanities/Arts
ii) Degree in Education (B.Ed) (both degrees with at least 55% marks and not by correspondence course)
iii) 15 years Teaching Experience (including 10 years at Plus 2 levels) and experience of having served as Vice Principal/Principal, in comparable schools.
Desirable requirements:-
i) Social work experience
ii) Christian Leadership qualities.
