This role requires a hands-on professional with deep expertise in Amazon’s Seller Central, product optimization, paid advertising (PPC), and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and has a proven track record of driving growth on Amazon’s marketplace.Key Responsibilities1. Account ManagementManage and optimize Geo Fresh’s Amazon Seller Central accounts for USA and India.Maintain compliance with Amazon’s marketplace policies, terms of service, and listing guidelines.Monitor account health, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, claims, and performance notifications.2. Product Listings & OptimizationCreate, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images for better visibility and conversions.Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.Perform A/B testing on product content and images to boost engagement and sales.3. Advertising & PromotionsPlan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns for maximum ROI.Monitor and analyze advertising performance, making data-driven adjustments to campaigns.Develop promotional strategies (deals, coupons, lightning deals) to boost visibility and sales.4. Sales & Performance AnalyticsTrack and analyze sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability across product categories.Identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for growth using reports from Amazon’s analytics dashboard.Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.5. Inventory & FulfillmentCoordinate inventory planning, replenishment, and FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) shipments for both USA and India.Ensure proper stock levels to avoid out-of-stock issues or overstocking.Collaborate with the warehouse team and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.6. Operational since 2011, Fresh Life serves nearly 200,000 urban residents with safe sanitation services every day and safely removes 20,000T of sanitation waste per year. The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Achieve Fresh Life’s ambitious fundraising targets for Nairobi’s growth through building and maintaining partnerships with key external stakeholders, including philanthropic and institutional funders.
- Lead all aspects of donor relationships, including conducting prospect research, preparing proposals, managing internal execution of grants, and reporting, working closely with the Operational and Finance teams.
- Craft strong, tailored messages that resonate with existing and new partners and funders.
- Ensure reporting requirements for all funders are met and reports are completed to deadlines.
- Build and manage strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at multilaterals, governments, and in the WASH industry.
- Represent Fresh Life externally with funders, government, and other key stakeholders.
- Remain abreast of sectors and funders’ trends in line with sustainable development goals, build organizational understanding of new funders and contribute information for prioritization of funding opportunities for scale.
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of business development processes, including proposal development, partnership management, financial reporting, etc.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Development, Economics, Project Management, or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years of work experience in fundraising in a global development context.
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience in international development or the social sector more broadly. Knowledge of the sanitation sector is a plus.
- Confident external communication and excellent writing skills.
- Highly organized team player, with proactive and flexible work style, and able to follow through and prioritize tasks.
- Strong existing funder networks preferred. Ideal candidate would be able to leverage past relationships to develop a strong pipeline of new partnerships.
