May have to look into related applications like biometric, L&D applications (Moodle, others), etc. too- Drive & manages maintenance & support, enhancements & projects effectively towards completion in time, meeting SLAs. Plan implementations with least calculated risks with mitigation /rollback /alternative plans.- Design, customize, configure and testing of applications. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Continually review the SAP modules and identify areas for improvement. - Work with clients to implement changes that improve their business processes - Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members- Drive & manages enhancements & projects effectively towards completion in time, meeting SLAs. Plan implementations with least calculated risks with mitigation /rollback /alternative plans. - Manages resources (external & internal) and partners in accordance with project schedule.
