Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and experienced US Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling both IT and Non-IT requirements, with excellent knowledge of the US hiring landscape, sourcing strategies, and compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT roles in the US market, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and networking to identify top talent.Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' technical and interpersonal skills, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.Negotiate compensation packages, including salary, benefits, and relocation, in alignment with client guidelines and market trends.Ensure compliance with US labour laws, visa requirements, and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate records and status updates.Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience: 3+ years in US recruitment, handling both IT and Non-IT requirements.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with IT terminologies and roles such as developers, testers, analysts, as well as Non-IT positions in Automobile, Heavy Industries, Oil & gas etcSourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience with US job boards, social media platforms, and networking tools.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and clients.Time Management: Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating salaries and benefits for US-based positions.Knowledge of US Market: Understanding of visa types (H1B, GC, EAD, TN), tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and employment regulations in the US.Company OverviewMid-Sized Pioneering Product Engineering and Digital Transformation CompanyDomains: Semiconductor, Automotive, industrial, Consumer Electronics, Enterprise Devices, Telecom, TransportationCustomers: OEMs, Tier1sSuccessfully service Fortune 500 CompaniesCustomer Geographies: U.S., Canada, Nordics, Germany, Japan
