The Role
TASKS, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Administrative Accounting Assistant is responsible for keeping the accounting records up-to-date and accurate, generating the required periodic and regular reports as well as ad-hoc accounting related reports that may be requested.
- He/ She will also be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support as well as developing and maintaining the itinerary and appointment schedules of the entire operations of the property.
- He / She is also in charge of the preparation of business correspondences and agenda for meetings including the coordination of all departments and/or staff regarding work orders and instructions from the upper management.
Ideal Profile
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
A. EDUCATION
• A graduate of a 4-year course; Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Business Administration major in accounting
B. WORK EXPERIENCE
• Must have above 2-year related work experience: preferably in the same industry
C.1 KNOWLEDGE
• Must have knowledge in the use of computer applications such as MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint) and email
• Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Tax code of the Philippines
• Knowledgeable in accounting software
C.2 SKILLS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Basic computer skills
EXPECTED EMPLOYEE BEHAVIOR
• Work closely with the Property Manager, Building Engineer and Property
Accountant to push closure of Administrative and Accounting Concerns that are to be updated in the DCM
• Must be able to lead without authority, specifically pertaining to the closure of concerns to comply with required TAT
• Open communication and coordination with the Property Manager and Property
Accountant
• Represent the company as a responsible employer to employees and clients
