Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents. Coordinate team meetings and events and prepare agendas. Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication. Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks. Liaise with vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service. Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.Manage databases: Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets Coordinate travel: Arrange travel for staff and employees Process requisitions: Prepare specifications and process requisitions for supplies and forms Maintain office equipment: Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipmentsRenewal of AMC and any otherKey Requirements:Graduate with any degree (BBA / MBA degree preferred).Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Wellness and Fitness Services

The ideal candidate must know how to manage UHNI profiles and make content and must have experience in ORM. Candidate will be the sole spokesperson and representative on behalf of the director and shall manage all sorts of external communications including social media accounts. Profile will include assisting director for meetings and conferences and scheduling all of it. Candidate must have good sense of designing and website engagement, must have prior experience in social media, PR, and personal assistance and representation of an individual. Working days will be 6. Job will include travel as and when necessary. Extended hours of work can be expected due to busy schedule. Candidates living in Noida will be preferred.
