Supervising work of all delivery teams, QC teams, warehouse executives and staff.? Handling customer related issues in case of escalation.? Will include interacting with customers.? Planning recruitment, logistics and infrastructure addition for the DC.? Coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff.? Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.? Maintaining physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts.? Inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.? Safeguarding warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.? Ensuring 100% accurate MIS reporting and zero discrepancy in physical count of transit inventory.? Coordinating with multiple teams, such as Finance & Customer Service, to ensure smooth delivery services.? Working as a part of project teams to implement new initiatives at Delivery Center.? Lead and evaluate the 3PL partner to achieve peak efficiency of SCM Operations in accordance with the business plan with customer satisfaction being the primary aim.? Develop new processes and ensure integration into warehouse operations through 3PL.? Review and prepare warehouse operations requirements such as layout, action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.Functional and Designer skills:? 5-10 years of total experience in warehousing, last mile operations, customer service.? Experience in B2C and end customer operations would be preferred.? Experience in furniture or large category (white goods) retail would be a plus.? Supervision, safety management, process management, developing standards.? Excellent communication and reporting skills.? Problem solving and handling stressful and complicated situations.? Team management and engagement skills. Should have handled a complete facility by himself/herself.?
