Angular Developer (Team Lead - Frontend)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Angular Developer with a strong background in Angular 8+, AngularJS, Angular Material, and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will also have solid experience in TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and MySQL. Additionally, prior experience in team handling is required to manage and guide junior developers effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using Angular 8+ and AngularJS.

• Implement responsive and visually appealing UI components using Angular Material.

• Develop reusable components and services using TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx for state management.

• Collaborate closely with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and manage data operations.

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.

• Work with MySQL databases for basic querying and data integration needs.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of frontend developers to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.

• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for frontend development.

• Troubleshoot and debug application issues and provide solutions.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and suggest improvements.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular 8+ and AngularJS frameworks.

5) Drive actions against the NC’s from the respective team.

6) Provide training to IPQC new joiners.

7) Raise & close the Corrective Action Report (CAR).

FATP & MLB AQM:

1)Review and monitor the hourly Yield, address the top issue to respective functional DRI for RCCA. 2)Prepare daily, weekly  Yield reports, circulate internally and to customer.

3)Drive RCCA for Databeacon data compliance rate and BOLO true alerts.

4)Drive and work towards for internal and external quality alerts closure.

5)Preparation of reports for Daily and weekly Quality meeting with customer.

6)Conduct Retest Audit Process, drive for CA if any failure.

7)Participate in conducting CET Process before ok to ship

8)Consolidating the Quality readiness report during the NPI and review with customer.

9)Consolidating FA report and review with internal team before review with the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development:

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs related to EMS and FATP processes.

• Create training modules for assembly, testing, troubleshooting, packaging, and safety protocols.

• Ensure training content is up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and methodologies.

2. Conduct Training Sessions:

• Facilitate classroom and hands-on training sessions for new and existing employees.

• Train workers on the operation of manufacturing equipment, assembly lines, testing stations, and packaging processes.

• Provide training on troubleshooting techniques and quality assurance practices.

3. On-the-Job Training:

• Deliver practical, on-the-floor training for new hires and apprentices in various stages of the production process.

• Monitor trainees during live production to ensure the application of correct techniques.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to employees to enhance productivity and reduce errors.

4. Assessment & Certification:

• Assess the skills and knowledge of trainees regularly through written tests, practical assessments, and observations.

• Ensure certification of employees based on demonstrated competency and understanding of critical EMS/FATP processes.

5. Training Documentation:

• Develop training manuals, guidelines, and work instructions for the production teams.

• Maintain accurate training records and track employee progress in their respective roles.

6. Collaboration with Departments:

• Work closely with the production, quality, and maintenance teams to identify skill gaps and training needs.

• Provide feedback to the engineering and R&D teams to refine processes based on training outcomes.

7. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new manufacturing technologies, and tools.

• Suggest improvements to training programs and operational processes based on hands-on experience and feedback from trainees.

8. Safety & Compliance:

• Train employees on workplace safety, equipment handling, and environmental compliance.

• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the training process.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in a technical training role, preferably within an EMS or FATP manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on experience with assembly lines, testing equipment, and quality assurance in electronics manufacturing.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other quality control methodologies is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using training tools and software for developing training materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.

• Certified trainer or experience in instructional design is an advantage.

• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements in EMS and FATP manufacturing.
