Ideal Profile

• You have a degree in Computer Science as well as at least 7 years of experience in Software engineering including solid experience as a backend engineer within a product company.
• You are proficient in one or more of the following languages: Ruby, PHP, Python, or Java, and open to working with/learning Ruby as part of your role.
• You possess strong coding, design, and unit testing skills, with experience in Linux environments and web application frameworks. You are proficient in at least two of the following: Ruby on Rails, NestJS, Laravel, CakePHP, Django, or similar technologies.
• You have hands-on experience with designing and tuning complex relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• You have experience with improving legacy code/system and working with REST API, and GraphQL.
• You have worked with event streaming services such as Kafka to design and implement asynchronous processes.
• You are familiar with cloud computing such as AWS, GCP

Quality Assurance & Testing Head

Location: Thane Role

Requirement:

• 17 -22 years of experience in Manual & Automation Testing in Payments Domain

• Extensive experience in ATM, Payment and Cards domain. Sound knowledge of Payment schemes/networks and certification process

• Strong technical knowledge in Payment Applications, Infrastructure and Automation tools

• Good communication skills and stakeholder management

• Experience in leading end-to-end medium to large projects for entire Testing life cycle which includes efforts estimation, scheduling, defining test strategies and aligning various delivery streams to the strategy encompassing transformational thinking with agile approach

• Ability to take ownership and accountability for Testing deliverables which include Test Strategy, Environment setup Test Plan, Test Scenarios/cases/results,
