What You’ll Do
- Develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications.
- Make fast and correct decisions when it comes to architecture, UI state management, and performance optimizations.
- Push for best practices in frontend development and mentor other engineers.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers and UI/UX designers, providing valuable feedback and ensuring seamless integration.
- Be vocal about product improvements and challenge assumptions to build something great.
- Advocate for performance, accessibility, and great user experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- A product mindset—you care about business impact, not just code.
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and Browser APIs.
- Solid understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, IndexedDB).
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
- A sense of humor and zero tolerance for unnecessary complexity.
