We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer with experience working in a multi-disciplinary team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with other developers to build a robust and scalable platform, delivering top-tier services to some of the biggest advertisers in the world.

Our product is built entirely on Google Cloud, so you should be open to developing within this environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5+ years of experience in a software developer role.
• Strong full-stack development experience, including:
• An Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) language.
• A JavaScript frontend framework.
• Experience working in a sprint-based development team.
• Experience peer-reviewing code.

Tech Stack

You don’t need experience with all of these technologies—a willingness to learn is key.

• Backend Services: .NET (C#)
• Frontend Development: ReactJS
• Data Storage: MySQL, GCP Firestore, GCP BigQuery, GCP Storage Buckets
• Hosting: GCP Cloud Run (with Docker), GCP Cloud Functions
• Testing: XUnit (C#), Mocha & Chai (TypeScript), Cypress (Frontend)
• Data & Event Pipelines: GCP Cloud Tasks, GCP Cloud Scheduler, GCP Pub/Sub

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Infrastructure Management

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP, AWS or Azure.

Kubernetes

• Deploy and administer Kubernetes clusters.
• Ensure efficient deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
• Understand and maintain the entire Kubernetes environment.

Scripting & Automation

• Create and maintain scripts using Linux to automate administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.

CI/CD

• Develop and maintain continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline code releases using CI / CD tools such as Git , Bitbucket , Jenkins, Docker or similar

(IaaS) - Terraform, CloudFormation

• Utilize Terraform, CloudFormation to manage and automate infrastructure deployments.

Required Skills

• Kubernetes: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Scripting: Linux
• CI/CD: Git , Bitbucket , Jenkins, Docker or similar.
• (IaaS) - Terraform, CloudFormation
• Experience in managing one or more cloud environment such as GCP, AWS, Azure.
• Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Create training data sets for AI models that will help improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and/or voice.
• Annotate data to help AI models align with human values.
• Analyze and improve the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to refine and iterate data sets.
• Contribute to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes.
